Rolinde Zieverink, the artistic director and founder of Sonic Vox, has a lot of experience as a choir conductor. She has successfully led various classical choirs, pop choirs, rock choirs, gospel choirs and a-capella groups.

Her broad musical background in classical music as well as pop and jazz ensures a solid and versatile approach within Sonic Vox.

Rolinde is known for her daring and creativity, constantly exploring the boundaries of musical possibilities.

Thanks to her diverse musical education in both classical music and pop and jazz, Rolinde has a broad and profound knowledge of different musical styles. This versatility forms the basis of Sonic Vox's unique sound.

 

With Sonic Vox, Rolinde aims to make a significant contribution to the cultural landscape, both nationally and internationally. She is the driving force behind the choir's innovative approach and inspires others with her vision and passion for music.

Sonic Vox is a professional Dutch contemporary choir based in Utrecht, founded by conductor and artistic director Rolinde Zieverink. The ensemble brings together singers from diverse musical backgrounds: classical, jazz, pop, folk and improvisation and moves fluidly between genres. Sonic Vox creates immersive concert experiences by collaborating with visual and sound artists, combining choral music with live electronics and live visuals.
